The Mish-Mash of employee’s dreams and organization’s dreams.

The death of any organization always occurs if there is employee dead and violated dreams.

An organization is referred as a unity comprising multiple people/employees, such as an institution or an association, that has a particular persistence and purpose while employee is defined as a person who is  hired for a specific job to provide labor assistance or any person  who works in the service of someone else ( organization/ owner/ or the employer).

Through the above definition you can see  that there is a great relationship between employees and organization, organization needs employees to run its activities or functions in order to achieve its dream, at the same time employees have natural dreams which must be fulfilled, if not fulfilled the mish-mash occurs hence it is very difficult to achieve organization dreams in such environment.

Every organization have its dreams and goals that must be achieved for its existence and sustainability if that dream is not achieved then organization change its strategic in order to achieve these dreams, when accomplishing this task an organization uses short and long strategic plan in achieving its dreams and goals, the general and common organization dreams are:- high production, quality employees, win, quality production, innovation, to win competition among others. Likewise, an employee has his or her own dreams which makes him or her to fill strong, motivated and cared when she or he achieve it, the common and general employees’ dreams are high salary, happy life, assurance, job security, promotion, career development, training, motivation, care and appreciation, love, reward among others. Many employees fail to help the organization when fail to get theirs dreams where by organization depends on employees in order to achieve its dreams, therefor organization development and success needs employees. I would like to advice an organization to balance this relationship because employees depend on organization hence the failure of one led to the failure of another.

In government organization, the mish-mash is mostly high compared to the private organization hence the service provided in government is less of quality compared to private institution. All in all, this misdirection and mish-mash led to the failure of any organization because employees are key potential and key players of any organization therefor organization must help them to achieve at least a half of their dreams so that they can contribute more in an organization.

The mish-mash between these dreams can be removed only when there is mutual cooperation between employees and organization (employer). This mean that organization must provide safety, promotion, good working envelopment, motivated salary, love and care to the employees to meet their dreams. When there is job security, friendly working environment, promotion, motivation, incentives, and high salary employees works with all kind of commitment in helping the organization to achieve its dreams. Most of organization have stagnated or run bankrupt because of having this mish-mash in inorganization.

Additionally, in order to succeed and achieve organization dream an organization   must increase employee engagement, creating a healthier culture and building a world-class organization that sees exceptional growth every year is what all leaders in any industry wants for their organization.

Furthermore, there are many reasons that are hindering organizations success and development, but one key area that majority of companies completely neglect to pay much attention is employees’ personal dreams and desires.
